top50stl person of the week: Andy Cohen
Andy Cohen is famous. He also happens to be from St. Louis and he is proud of his roots. He’s a supporter of the city and a fan of St. Louis sports teams. He recently made some headlines in January on his show “Watch What Happens Live” by offering a one-finger salute (with both hands) to Mr. Kroenke after it was announced that the Rams would be leaving for Los Angeles. He’s also been in the news this week because he’s planning on bringing Anderson Cooper to town in October as a part of their touring show called AC2: Deep Talk and Shallow Tales. They plan on performing at the Fabulous Fox in October. The show is a mixture of pop culture and news and since this particular show will be in Andy’s hometown, there will be plenty of tales about what it’s like to grow up in Saint Louis.
Andy Cohen grew up in Saint Louis and graduated from Clayton High School. He attended Boston University before spending 10 years at CBS News.
